Infinispan este un container scalabil de date de tip cheie/valoare, open source, scris în Java cu câteva părţi scrise în Scala. Este folosit atât ca un cache distribuit cât şi ca o bază de date NoSQL. În această prezentare vom discuta funcţionalităţile principale Infinispan şi câteva concepte generale precum Consistent Hashing şi Partitioned Clusters.

Sebastian Andrașoni - Infinispan, a distributed in-memory key/value data grid and cache - slides
Infinispan is a highly scalable, highly available key/value data store and data grid platform, open source, written in Java with some Scala bits. It is used not only as a distributed cache but also as a NoSQL key/value store. In this presentation we will cover the main features of Infinispan as well as some general concepts like Consistent Hashing and Partitioned Clusters.
